Updating Your Direct Debit Details

Step 1 is updating your direct debit details, 

When a direct debit does not process our system requires a new direct debit to be set up.  

To complete this please use the button below to head to our Direct Debit update form. 

Completing this form will allow our admin manager to complete a new direct debit for you ready for your next collection date. 

All details submitted are used within strict GDPR compliance & once used to set up your direct debit they are then deleted immediately. 

Once complete, you will be directed to 'Step 2' to clear any outstanding fee's. 

Please ensure Step 1 and 2 are complete ahead of your next available swim lesson to secure your space.
