• Badges tested every 8-10 weeks for continually monitored and rewarded progression.
• Minimum 31 degrees all year round - never a cold shock!
• Vastly experienced teaching & coaching team.  
• All staff are committed to continual CPD work to continue increasing service standards and meet the high standards set by CIMPSA, STA & UKactive.
• All teaching staff are fully qualified to minimum Level 2 Swim England/Award and Certificate STA standards.
• All lessons co-ordinated by current probationary STA Aquatic tutor, Certified Aquatic Assessor & BSc Exercise Physiologist.
• All staff members both water and admin are fully Enhanced DBS checked & insured.
• Every staff member both water and admin are also trained to the Big Fish standards!
