Every Class has its own specific entrance & exit.
Ensuring zero congestion & improved customer entrance to exit flow.
Not only does this reduce mixing it also vastly improves fire regulation adherence.
Know exactly when your entrance is ready!
5minutes before your class is due to begin, your entrance light will turn green!
If your entrance light is red - please do not enter.
This reduces congestion & improves efficiency.
Hand Sanitation stations remain throughout the facility at all entrance/exits & pre/post touch points.
In addition to correct hand sanitation we treat our facility with antimicrobial protection to burst pathogens/virus's on impact further reducing opportunity for spread.
Our gallery area continues to have spaced out seating.
Not only reducing potential viral spread but providing you with more personal space & a more relaxed viewing gallery.
Our pool hall/gallery area has air handling in place.
Our system extracts the current air within the gallery & pumps fresh air back into the gallery.
Ensuring fresh clean air at all times & reducing viral spread.
Our facility is professionally cleaned each morning.
Additionally, every used area of our facility is cleaned pre/post every individual & class use.
Always find a freshly cleaned, dry, welcoming changing room & seating area.
Safe Visitors
Parents/Guardians/Swimmers
If you;
- Feel unwell
- Have a temperature
- Have a strong headache
- Have a sickness bug
- Have experienced sickness or diarrhoea in the last 48 hours
- Are coughing uncontrollably
- Test positive for COVID
Please do not attend your lesson.
To ensure we are adhering to fire regulations & max capacity ratios for our building size/structure/layout;
We only permit:
1 Parent/Guardian per swimmer in the facility.
It's a vital measure that ensures congestion is kept to a minimum & safe fire regulation rulings are adhered to.
This also aids noise reduction improving the quality & clarity of instructions provided to your swimmer by our teachers.
Being 'Beach Ready' is a system that is set to stay!
All lessons operate a beach ready system, meaning your swimmer arrives to their lesson with their costume on under their clothing.
It's a quicker, more efficient system that prevents over crowding of changing areas & cross over between swimmers.
All swimmers are able to get changed in their own changing cubicle after each lesson.
Hand Sanitation stations remain throughout the facility at all entrance/exits & pre/post touch points.
We request all visitors and staff use hand sanitisers at each entry, exit & touch point of the facility.
Our system from entrance to exit naturally promotes distance between visitors.
We ask that all visitors respect the personal space of others at all times.
Help us keep our facility, calmer, quieter & more welcoming.
Please do not consume food in the gallery area.
