Direct Debit is a safe, easy & secure method of payment.
For us, it allows us to create a simple & effective tailored payment structure. Designed to keep things easy for everyone.
Once your time & day ticket has been issued & you have confirmed acknowledgement of our terms/conditions, Our team will take you through the sign up process.
This can be completed in just a few minutes either online or on the phone.
Our administration system will calculcate the number of sessions remaining prior to your 1st Direct Debit processing.
This will differ subject to your start date. It will only ever be a maximum of 1 calendar month.
The system will transact your payment in two steps much like all Direct Debits.
Step 1 - Your first months payment (Pro Rata Calculated)
Step 2 - Your first Direct Debit payment will process on the 1st of the following calendar month.
All Direct Debits are functioned to process on the 1st of each calendar month.
If for any reason your Direct Debit does not process, our system will provide notification of a failed payment.
Our team will further get in touch & guide you through the re-set up of your Direct Debit.
Should you opt to finish lessons at anytime, simply inform us via one of our methods of contact i.e website, email, phone or in person.
We require 1 month notice period.
From this point, our team will ensure no further Direct Debit transactions process beyond the 1month cancellation point of notice.
