Every lesson your learner will push forward in their class specific learning pathway working toward achieving their next badge and certificate.
At the end of each set criteria, there will be assessment and order weeks.
Testing and Orders take place every 8-10weeks.

Badge & Certificate Process
Badge Testing
- All badges undertake assessment weeks
- Learners <20m ability will complete testing ahead of the orders opening
- Learners >20m ability may require testing that continues into order weeks
- If your learner for any reason is not due to order their badge, our team will contact you ahead of badge order weeks.

- All parents/care givers will receive a personalised email via our main communication system ahead of order weeks.

If your learner is above 20m ability, you will further receive an additional email informing of any extra kit you may require for the testing.
Place Your Order
- All badges & certificates are optional purchases
- Once your order is placed, please allow up to 2weeks for arrival.
- Once your badge and certificate are ready, you will receive an email informing it is ready and a member of our team will deliver it to your seat
Always Moving Forward
What happens after every badge?
Once your learners class has completed their badge testing, the class will immediately begin the next stage of criteria.
This means your class is always moving forward!
If your learner begins to exceed the level of the class, our team will contact you to move your learner to the best class to meet their needs.
2026 Holidays
Our Scheduled Closures
We close for set periods during the year;
- February Half Term - 1 week
- Easter Break - 1 weeks
- May Half Term - 1 week
- Summer Break - 3 weeks
- October Half Term - 1 week
- Christmas Break - 3 weeks
Our monthly fee via direct debit is based on a 42 week working year
The closure dates have not been charged for as part of your monthly fee
This means your direct debit value remains the same each month as we have not charged for any period where we are closed as part of your monthly calculated fee.
A full list of holiday dates can be found in the "Holidays" section of our website, they will also be further available in your downloadable PDF following your booking and they will also be emailed to you ahead of every closure.
Should we close or cancel your lesson for any reason that is not part of our scheduled closure periods, we will deduct the session from either your next available direct debit collection.
