Kit Information
Parent & Child Lessons
For all ages in this setting please ensure:
Parent/Guardian
- 1 parent/guardian per swimmer in the facility
- Swimming kit already on under clothing
- Suitable bag to store clothing & shoe's
- Our Team member will move your clothing bag from your initial change station in the gallery through to your post swim changing room cubicle.
Baby/Toddler
- Disposable Swim Nappy (No re-useables)
- Swim outfit & towel etc
- Swimming kit already under clothing
- Suitable bag to store clothing
Pre-School Lessons 3-4yrs
Parent/Guardian
- 1 parent/guardian per swimmer in the facility
Please ensure your swimmer
- Swimming kit already on under clothing
- Suitable swimming bag to store clothing
- Goggles(optional)
School Age Swimmers 4yrs+
Parent/Guardian
- 1 parent/guardian per swimmer in the facility

Payment Information
Your Direct Debit
Our Direct Debit system links directly to CoursePro - our customer management system.
Your Direct Debit links directly to your profile within the CoursePro system & our digital registers.
This allows us to individualise every visitors experience & maintain easy automatic payment.
If for any reason you opt to finish your lessons, we politely request 1 months notice.
Your initial payment will be calculated by the number of individual weeks of lessons until your direct debit is active.
If your direct debit set up date is beyond the 20th of the month, your first charge may reflect the number of sessions eligible until the following available 1st of the month.
Your first Direct Debit transaction will process on the 1st of your next available calendar month & each 1st of the month onward at the current pricing of £38pcm.
In the event of a change to your Direct Debit monthly value, informed notice will be sent out to all customers with a minimum of 1 months notice.
Completing Your Booking
Once you've submitted your medical/contact details, you will then be directed to our online booking section.
Once here:
- Simply add the class you have been quoted to your basket!
- During the checkout process - set up as a 'new customer'
The checkout process will set up your 1st payment & Direct Debit.
Your Swim Ticket
Once your booking is complete & your direct debit is set up, we will send you a 'Swim Ticket'
- Your Swim Ticket will detail everything about your upcoming lessons.
- It will also provide links to our visitor guidance, so you know exactly what to do ahead of your visit.
- It acts as further confirmation of booking, so you know everything is ready & we are awaiting your arrival!
A Family Safe Space
SAFE PRACTICE - Improved Experience
Big Fish Little Fish are committed to providing a facility that ensures a family safe space.
Our bespoke system not only ensures all areas of health & safety are in place.
It further ensures the learning environment is correct for every swimmer.
These improvements enhance the cleanliness, comfort, safety & experience for all visitors to our facility.
1 Parent/Carer can attend per swimmer
- This is a fire regulations standard that we have to adhere to to ensure safety at all times.
It also greatly improves visitor experience, noise levels in the pool hall, ensures each visitor gets a seat, has a changing room & car park space.
Although we would love to have everyone come and watch, please note we are not legally permitted to exceed our maximum capacity for each area of the building and can not permit more than 1 parent/carer per swimmer.
No Photography/Video Permitted at all times
We do not permit photography/video in any area of our facility.
This is to protect all swimmers & staff who are in a state of undress whilst in the changing area/gallery/pool area.
Adherence to the protection of young/vulnerable persons is in place at all times.
LED Notifications above each entrance
- Each entrance (A&B) have a LED light above the doors. When your door light is red, please do not enter as the previous class is active. When your door light is green you are clear to enter the building. The green light will be active 5mins before your lesson begins.
This ensures the building does not exceed capacity, it further ensures a smooth seamless experience for building entry reducing any congestion.
Hand Sanitation Points
- Each entrance/exit/changing room/toilet has hand sanitation available to ensure key touch points remain as clean as possible for every visitor.
Changing Rooms/Toilets Cleaned after every use
- Always find the toilets & changing rooms clean and fresh for your use. Our Team clean each area straight away after every class is changed and have left the building ready for the next class to use.
Beach Ready Attendance
- This became industry standard & has stayed. Ensure your swimmer has their kit on under their clothing for a quick change before the lesson.
- Each swimmer is able to get changed after their lesson as normal in their allocated changing room.
Removable Wearables
Please do not wear the following for your lesson
- Ear rings
- Necklaces
- Bracelets
- Anklets
- Festival wristbands
- Fitness Trackers/Smart Watches
Not wearing the above improves safety for all participants and removes any risk of such items becoming lost/damaged.
For any medical wearables advice please speak with our team prior to your attendance.
Gallery & Changing Areas A and B
- Each class is assigned an area (A or B) this area is the side of the building you will use. Each area has its own entrance/exit/changing room/toilets/Gallery.
- This reduces congestion, removes crossover & creates an easy relaxed experience for all visitors.
Air Handling System
- Air Handling is present in the pool hall at all times. This ensures Fresh air is brought into the hall & old air is extracted at the same time. Keeping the pool hall fresh & cool at all times.
We ask that every visitor respects our decision to ensure every visitor & staff member are safe at all times.
As a private facility we retain the right without discrimination to mandate safe practice & refuse entry to any visitor who does wish to comply with providing a safe space for everyone.

Entrance To Exit
1. Be Beach Ready
Have your swimming kit on under your clothing before you arrive!
2. Green Light = 5mins before
When your entrance light goes Green - 5mins before your lesson, you are then able to enter the building!
If your light is RED please do not enter
3. 1 Parent/Carer per swimmer
Please remember we can only permit 1 parent/carer per swimmer to enter the building
4. Enjoy your swim!
Our Team members will call your swimmers to pool side just before your lesson is due to begin. For parents/carers, sit back & relax!
5. Head to the changing rooms
Just before your lesson is over, we will call parents/carers to the changing rooms. The children will follow very shortly after.
Each swimmer will have a cubicle to get changed in and toilets to use if required.
Once dressed, please use your exit & we will forward to seeing you back the following week!
If you are unwell...
If your swimmer is unwell or experiencing any of the following;
- Sickness
- Diarrhoea
- Severe cough/Cold
- Constantly running nose
- Severe cuts or fresh wounds
- Untreated (sub 7days) Verruca
Please do not attend your lesson until all symptoms are clear for a minimum of 48hours or correctly treated.
